...it reminded me if the time when visiting her in Benfleet when she had 2 planters either side of her garden path that been planted beautifully. Sadly all the plants in one were dying due to a recent take over of an ants nest. She absolutely refused to get rid of them because they were living beings and deserved to live. The flowers died, but the ants thrived. It was things like that that made me love your mum. She was definitely the best because she cared for everything and everybody.
